Terms of use

The rules that apply to this website. Client work is governed by a signed engagement contract, not by this page, and where the two disagree the contract wins.

Who publishes this site

entrazure.com is published by Entrazure Technologies, established in Canada, the United States and France. The contracting party for an engagement is named in the proposal we send you, before anything is signed. We are reachable at contact@entrazure.com and through the contact page.

Using this site means these terms apply to you. If you disagree with them, the honest answer is to stop reading and write to us instead.

What this site is

A description of services we offer, how we work, and what we hand over at the end of an engagement. It is written to be accurate on the day it is published, and pages carry the date they were last updated.

What this site is not

It is not professional advice. Architecture, security and compliance decisions depend on your tenant, your regulator, your contracts and your risk appetite, none of which we can see from a web page. Nothing here creates a client relationship, and nothing here should be treated as a legal, tax or audit opinion. Applying a page from this site to a production environment without someone qualified looking at it is your decision and your risk.

Descriptions of engagements, durations and deliverables are indicative. Timelines quoted in weeks describe how we normally shape work, not a promise made to you before we have seen your estate.

Proposals and engagements

A proposal is an offer to discuss. Work begins when both parties sign a statement of work or an equivalent written agreement, which sets out scope, duration, price, acceptance and confidentiality. That agreement governs the engagement. Where its terms conflict with anything on this website, its terms apply.

Two things we say publicly are also written into our engagement contracts, because we would rather be held to them than praised for them. Infrastructure code is produced in your Git organization from the first commit. Documentation and decision records are delivered as part of the work, not sold back to you afterwards.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, diagrams, illustrations and code of this site belong to Entrazure Technologies. You may quote a reasonable extract with attribution and a link. You may not republish a page, or a substantial part of one, as your own copy.

Microsoft, Azure and the other product names on this site belong to their respective owners. Our partner designations describe our relationship with those vendors and do not make us their agent.

We link to external documentation because it is often the correct answer. We do not control those pages and we are not responsible for what they say or do.

Where we resell or operate a third-party product, that product is governed by its own vendor terms. Klarvant is one such product: we act as an MSSP and reseller for it, and the software is theirs, not ours. Support commitments, service levels and license terms for any third-party product come from that vendor and are set out in the relevant order form.

Availability

This site is static and served from Azure. We try to keep it available, and we do not promise that it will be. It may be offline for maintenance, changed without notice, or retired in part. No uptime commitment on this website extends to anything we build for a client, where service levels come from the engagement contract.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Entrazure Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of this website, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Liability arising from client work is limited as set out in the engagement contract for that work. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.

Applicable law

These terms cover the use of this website. They do not govern an engagement. Every engagement is governed by the law and the forum named in the signed agreement with the contracting entity, Entrazure Technologies, and that agreement prevails over this page wherever the two could be read differently.

Changes

We update these terms when the business changes, and the date at the top of the page moves with them. Continuing to use the site after a change means the revised terms apply to you.

Privacy policy for what happens to information you send us. Security for how this site and our engagements are secured. Accessibility for our target and how to report a barrier. Anything else: contact us.
