Where your data lives, and under which law.

We apply to our own processing the rigour we sell. This page states what we collect, where it is held and who can reach it.

Controller

Entrazure Technologies ULC (Canada) and Entrazure Technologies LLC (United States). Requests concerning personal information are handled by the privacy officer, whose details appear on the dedicated page.

What we collect

The information you send us voluntarily: name, organisation, work email and the context you describe when you book a consultation or write to us. We set no advertising cookies and use no third-party trackers for profiling.

Where it is held

Public pages are served from a global delivery network. Any personal data you send us is received, processed and held in the Azure Canada East region, in Quebec City. The access key to our customer relationship system is held in an Azure Key Vault in the same region and never appears in our code.

Transfers outside Quebec

Our customer relationship tool and our partner platforms are hosted by their vendors outside Quebec. In accordance with section 17 of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, we have documented the assessment of the applicable legal regime. That document is provided on request.

Retention

Enquiries that lead to no business relationship are deleted after twenty-four months. Client files follow the applicable accounting and contractual obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction, its deletion, and the cessation of its dissemination. We answer within the periods set by law. Write to the privacy officer.

Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, access through managed identity, logging of administrative access. We hold no client passwords and never request credentials by email.
